1:1 calls
A call happens at the date and time you book, on Google Meet or as a phone call to your mobile. An online payment is confirmed by email as soon as it clears, and the Google Meet link reaches the same inbox before the call. A booking paid by direct UPI transfer is confirmed by email once I have matched the payment.
Play Store publishing
Work starts within 12 hours of payment, and the upload and store listing are done the same day. Google's own review then takes 1 to 7 days, which nobody can speed up. You get updates by email and WhatsApp, and a PDF receipt when you pay. When your own developer account is ready, I request the transfer in Play Console, and Google reviews it within 2 business days.

Delivered in the stages the written quote sets out, ending with the code, the accounts and the store listings, all in your name.

If something does not arrive
If a confirmation has not reached you within 24 hours of paying, check your spam folder, then email vikasbuilds.ofc@gmail.com with your booking reference or request ID and I resend it the same day. What happens if a service cannot be delivered at all is in the cancellation and refund policy.
